The Horror Pumpkin Masks which is the first Mask with Voice Audio will be released soon with the Trick-O-Treat event where you have to collect 10 in a day to unlock this mask. The Trick-o-Treat event will be released in the month of Halloween (October) in GTA 5 Online.
You can also get other Halloween Masks including the Tech Demon Masks, Tiger Masks, Mummy Masks, Vampire Masks, Frank-enstein Masks and other Halloween Biker Judgement Day Masks.
