This is a quick video that will show you Slasher spawn locations and guide where you have 50% chance to fight your own clone in GTA 5 Online
You can do this in Invite Only Session Solo. 9PM - 5AM, player has to be on foot or normal vehicle (not inside building) and must be in a session at least 16 minutes.
